Terms of Service

1. Operator

The Hybrid Agency app (internal name SerkanOS) and the website hybridagency.online are operated by Elektrorepas, s. r. o., Turčiansky Peter 84, 038 41 Turčiansky Peter, Slovakia, Company ID 57115893, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Žilina, Section Sro, Insert No. 88361/L (the “Operator”). 2. What the app is

The app is an internal software tool of the Operator and its creator management agency Hybrid Agency. It is not sold or offered to the public. It connects to social video accounts only through official platform APIs and only to accounts whose owners have authorised it.

3. Who may use it

Only staff and managers authorised by the Operator use the app. A creator's account is connected only after the creator signs in through the platform's official login and approves the requested permissions. The creator can remove this access at any time in the security settings of their account (Manage app permissions).

4. What the app does

• Shows which account is connected (display name, avatar, profile link).
• Shows account statistics (followers, following, likes, number of videos) and the list of public videos with their counters, for reports to the creator and the agency.
• Uploads videos that the creator has approved, either as a draft to the creator's inbox or as a direct post with the privacy and interaction settings the creator chose.
• Receives notifications about publishing results and about authorisation changes.

5. Rules of use

• Content is published only after a person has approved it. The app never posts automatically on its own.
• Data is not sold, not shared with third parties for their own purposes and not used to build profiles of other users.
• Use of platform data follows the platform's terms of service and developer terms.
• Users must not use the app to publish unlawful content or content that infringes the rights of others.

6. Security

Access credentials are stored on the Operator's own servers outside source code, access is limited to authorised persons and every API call is recorded in an audit log. Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

The app is provided as an internal tool. The Operator is not liable for outages or changes of third-party platforms and APIs. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Slovak law.

8. Changes and governing law

The Operator may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page with its effective date. These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic.
