Privacy Policy

2. Scope
This policy covers the Hybrid Agency app (internal name SerkanOS) and the website hybridagency.online. The app is used only by staff and managers of the Controller and connects only to social video accounts whose owners have authorised it.
3. Data we process from a connected account
Only after the account owner signs in through the platform's official login and approves the permissions, and only within those permissions:
- Basic profile: account identifier assigned to our app, display name, avatar.
- Profile details: username, profile link, bio description, verification status.
- Statistics: number of followers, accounts followed, likes and videos.
- Video list: the account's public videos with title, cover image, link, duration and view, like, comment and share counters.
- Publishing: videos and captions that the creator approved for upload, the chosen privacy and interaction settings, and the publishing status returned by the platform.
- Access credentials issued by the platform to our app, so that the connection keeps working until the owner removes it.
- Notifications sent by the platform about publishing results and authorisation changes.
We do not collect the owner's password, private messages, contacts or data about other users.
4. Purposes and legal basis
- Showing the connected account and its results in reports for the creator and the agency – performance of the cooperation agreement with the creator (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and the owner's consent given at sign-in (Art. 6(1)(a)).
- Uploading and publishing content approved by the creator – the creator's consent and the cooperation agreement.
- Security, audit log and protection against misuse – legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(f)).
5. Sharing and storage
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. Data is stored on servers of the Controller in Slovakia; this website is hosted by Websupport s.r.o., Slovakia. Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area. Content is sent to the platform only when the creator asks us to publish it.
6. Retention
- Profile data, statistics and video lists: while the account is connected.
- Access credentials: deleted when the owner removes the app's access or ends the cooperation.
- Other data of a disconnected account: deleted within 30 days, unless the law requires longer storage.
- Audit log of API calls: 365 days.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. You can withdraw consent by removing the app in the security settings of your account (Manage app permissions) or by writing to info@elektrorepas.sk. You may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk.
8. Security
Access credentials are stored on the Controller's own servers outside source code, access is limited to named staff, connections use HTTPS and every API call is recorded in an audit log.
9. Website
This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. The hosting provider records technical server logs (IP address, time, requested page) for security.
10. Children
The app is used only for accounts of adult creators (18+).
11. Changes
We may update this policy; the current version is always published on this page with its effective date.
Zhrnutie po slovensky
Prevádzkovateľ je Elektrorepas, s. r. o. Aplikácia Hybrid Agency číta iba údaje účtu, ktorý jeho vlastník sám pripojil a schválil (profil, počty sledovateľov, videí a páčení, zoznam verejných videí), a zverejní iba obsah schválený tvorcom. Údaje nepredávame, ostávajú v EÚ a po odpojení účtu ich do 30 dní vymažeme. Prístup môžete kedykoľvek zrušiť v nastaveniach účtu alebo e-mailom na info@elektrorepas.sk.
